It was my birthday on Friday and so I decided to treat myself to a new Blu-ray, and I couldn’t think of anything better to buy for myself than the recent UK release of Ponyo on Blu-ray, I wasn’t disappointed!

Daisy, wow
I was recently in a sunny(ish) beach(ish) town in the UK called Bridlington, strolled in this really crappy record store that had DVD’s I’d never heard of and CD’s that shouldn’t have been that price for their age, then I saw it – The new Brand New album ‘Daisy’ WHY didn’t I know it was coming out?

New Xbox, It’s nice.
The recently announced “Xbox 360 Slim” (Hate the ‘slim’ bit, will get to that in a moment) was announced recently by Microsoft, and although deep down it’s still the same console, it’s looking like one great improvement.

Neat Google easter egg
A work colleague recently pointed out that if you currently Google the term “World cup” that the normal Google results pagination at the bottom changes from Goooooooooogle to Gooooooooooal!, pretty cool, that letter ‘a’ looks a bit strange, mind!

iPhone 4 Announced
Well Mr Jobs announced the iPhone 4 today, it was hardly a shocker due to the leaked images/info from a few weeks ago, but still – it’s an improvement over the old one, it looks awesome and I want one!
