I ask because all the hacks, tips and tricks are avalable everuwhere, why didn\'t they do anything 5 years ago? Why not do it more aggresively like turn off google search when displayd in IE6, all the companys are using that, they don\'t use Google Apps od Docs, developers do! Why now!?

However, there are still a large number of businesses still yet to upgrade from IE6 and XP, so they could well be left in the lurch with this move.
